Waiting for the cable installer

I am currently in our Connecticut office waiting for a installer from the cable company. The cable company gave the usual specific time they would show up, between 8 am and 12 pm. I have probably had at least 15 of these installed in my life. I would think that statistically one of the installers would show up at the beginning of the time frame. They all seem to show up at the end. Interesting.
