Interesting Occurrence

On the way to work today I saw a Park District Police car pull over a woman on Monroe. I always thought that the Park District Police were not real cops. I guess I shouldn’t speed by them anymore. I think I would be very angry if I was pulled over by a Park District cop.
I am thinking that you should not speed at all – especially by any kind of cop!
